Graber and Yansouni Elected to Solectron's Board of Directors

Milpitas, Calif. — Shareholders of Solectron Corp. have elected a full slate of directors, including new members William R. Graber and Cyril Yansouni.
These new board members will replace Charles Dickinson and Kenneth Haughton, who retired from the board effective today.
Graber is an executive officer of McKesson Corp., a $57 billion healthcare services and information technology company, where he also held the position of chief financial officer and was responsible for all financial functions of the corporation for three years. Graber held the same position at Mead Corp., where he also served as controller and treasurer. For 25 years, Graber held a wide range of financial management positions at General Electric, both at corporate headquarters and at several of the company's largest business units. He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Washington State University, is a member of the Financial Executives Institute and a trustee of the Washington State University Foundation.
Yansouni has more than 35 years experience in the high-tech industry. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and chairman of the Audit Committee of PeopleSoft Inc. and a member of the board of directors of Tektronix Inc. Previously, Yansouni was chairman of the Board of Directors of Read-Rite Corp., a supplier of magnetic recording heads for data storage drives, where he also held the position of chairman and chief executive officer for nine years. Yansouni also served as president of Convergent Technologies, and earlier he was vice president and general manager of the Personal Computer Group at Hewlett-Packard. He holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering from the University of Louvain, Belgium.
