Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Sterling, Va. — Rockwell Collins Inc. has expanded its service solutions portfolio by completing the acquisition of NLX LLC.
By combining the products and capabilities of both companies, Rockwell Collins offers a more complete service offering for both the military and commercial marketplaces.
NLX provides a wide range of training systems, upgrades, modifications, engineering and technical services for many military and commercial platforms such as the Bombardier Challenger 300 simulator, the U.S. Army's Lift Simulator Modernization Program, the U.S. Navy's P-3C Visual System Modifications, and the Black Hawk Flight Simulator for the U.S. National Guard. The company provides its products and services to all branches of the United States military and its commercial customers include leading training providers as well as aircraft manufacturers.
