Martin Freedman of Molex Receives JEDEC Board of Directors Chairman's Award

Arlington, Va. — Martin Freedman, director of industry standards of Molex, was honored by the JEDEC Solid State Technology Association with a 2003 Chairman's Award bestowed by the JEDEC Board of Directors at its November meeting in Las Vegas.
This award honors those members of the Board of Directors who have exhibited ongoing leadership in JEDEC and have made significant contributions to the association and the semiconductor industry. Freedman was recognized as
- Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Finance
- Chairman of the SC47D Subcommittee of IEC (International ElectrotechnicalCommission)
- Co-Chairman of the IPC/JEDEC Lead-free Conferences
- Liaison with IPC, JEITA and JISSO
