Dennis Wood Resigns from Solectron Board to Focus on Personal Business Interests

Milpitas, Calif. — Solectron Corp. announces that Dennis Wood resigned as a director of the corporation effective October 6 in order to devote time to his personal business interests.
Wood joined Solectron's board in December 2001. He is the former chairman and chief executive officer of C-MAC Industries Inc.
