Rogers Corp. Names VP of ACM Division

Rogers, Conn. — Rogers Corp. announces that Frank Gillern has been selected as the new vice president of Rogers Advanced Circuit Materials Division (ACMD), located in Chandler, Ariz.
He is replacing Robert Daigle, who recently was named vice president of research and development, chief technology officer at Rogers.
In his new assignment, Gillern will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the division's two manufacturing facilities that produce high frequency and flexible circuit materials. He will be reporting to President and Chief Operating Officer Robert D. Wachob.
Gillern joined Rogers in 1975 at Rogers Elastomer Components Division (ECD) in Willimantic, Conn., serving in various positions in engineering and management. He became the general manager of ECD in 1997. In 2000, he accepted the position of vice president of operations for Durel Corp., a joint venture of 3M and the Rogers Corp., whose products include coated phosphors, inks, electroluminescent lamps and EL drivers.
He received his mechanical engineering degree from Roger Williams University and MBA from Rensselaer Polytech Institute.
