Christopher Group Acquires EPC Corp.

Santa Ana, Calif. and Dallas — Christopher Group Inc. has purchased all assets and intellectual property of EPC Corp., and will relocate EPC's manufacturing to Christopher Group's California headquarters.
EPC is a manufacturer of verification and repair software and workstations for the printed circuit fabrication and assembly industries. The company has installed more than 500 systems worldwide. Its patented software and hardware reportedly allows users to identify, locate, rank and repair defects on bare or loaded printed circuit boards.
Service, applications support and the EPC verification/repair stations, including the Model 4800 flat panel display, Model 5500 projection VRS, and Model 1400 benchtop VRS will continue to be available through Christopher Group's worldwide distribution network.
