Ajay Shah Leaving Solectron to Focus on Other Business Investments

Milpitas, Calif. — Solectron Corp. announces that Ajay B. Shah resigned as director of the corporation effective September 2, 2003, in order to devote more time to his business interests and investments.
Shah joined Solectron's board in January 2002 as a non-employee director, and served most recently on the board's Finance/Business Development Committee. He was a Solectron executive vice president from December 1999 until resigning from the company to join the board.
