Malvern, Pa. — Vishay Intertechnology Inc,'s Vishay Electro-Films division has exceeded revenue levels reached before the February 2002 fire at its Warwick, R.I., facility.
Last month, all employees moved from trailers back into the Warwick facility. The facility meets the strict fire codes in Rhode Island, and is considered a model by the local fire department. Over the next few months, a new plating line and sputtering equipment will be installed. Vishay Electro-Films plans to host a grand opening and tour of the facility on October 17.
