DEK Names Neil MacRaild General Manager, PSP, Americas

Flemington, N.J. — DEK has named Neil MacRaild general manager for Process Support Products (PSP) in the Americas.
MacRaild is responsible for the manufacturing, operations and sales of all the elements — tooling, stencils, consumables and upgrades — that support DEK's installed equipment base in the Western Hemisphere. He reports to Richard Bramham, DEK's Global PSP manager.
DEK develops and manufactures process support products for customers in the Americas at six sites: Huntsville, Ala.; San Jose and Santa Ana, Calif.; Memphis, Tenn.; Austin, Texas; and Guadalajara, Mexico.
Previously, MacRaild was manager of semiconductor packaging technologies for DEK. He has been with the company for eight years. In his new position, he will be based in San Jose.
