Dow Corning Introduces Online 'Live Help' as New Option for Technical Support

Midland, Mich. — Dow Corning Corp. has introduced a "Live Help" function that enables Web site visitors to get answers to product and technical questions and technical advice, using a live Web chat function.
From the company's home page, Web site visitors can reach Dow Corning's technical information center and gain access to a wealth of information. Dow Corning is one of the first in its industry to offer Live Help functionality.
The Live Help function can be accessed by self-registered visitors from several sections of the web site, including the "Products" and "Customer Support" pages.Currently, Dow Corning's Live Help is available in English Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time. Timing and languages will expand in the future based on customer demand.
