Minneapolis -- The SMTA in cooperation with Auburn University CAVE is organizing a workshop on Harsh Environments and High-Temperature Electronics for June 24 through 25 in Dearborn, Mich.
The conference chairman is John Evans, Ph.D., Auburn University. Presentations, rather than papers, will comprise a workshop format to provide new and timely information for attendees. The workshop format will allow more time for interaction, questions and answers. The session for each topic will begin with an overview followed by the detailed presentations.
Presentation topics include, but are not limited to, Issues and Opportunities -- Automotive Activities in Semiconductor Technology, Issues with Vehicle Systems, Substrate Advancements, Next Generation Automotive Systems, and Advancements in Materials.
