Kyocera Wireless Corp. Names Fredrik Torstensson Vice President of International Sales & Business Development

San Diego -- Kyocera Wireless Corp. has named Fredrik Torstensson its vice president of international sales and business development.
In this role, Torstensson will oversee sales efforts in Asia Pacific, Europe, India and Latin America, and be charged with managing the identification and prioritization of new products, technologies and market opportunities.
Torstensson brings more than 10 years of engineering and management experience in the wireless industry, most recently as executive vice president and general manager at Oz Communication, an instant communication software company. He also is a former director of business development for Ericsson North America's consumer products division.
Torstensson earned an advanced degree in engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden, along with a master of international management degree from the University of Dallas, Texas.
