California PCB Manufacturers Revive Training Initiative

The educational program would be founded within the Rancho Santiago Community College District, which consists of two colleges and seven continuing education centers encompassing much of Central Orange County. IPC's CCA intends to use the district's classes that pertain to manufacturing, computer literacy and SPC programs as a foundation for the proposed certification and/or associate's degree programs.
Cleveland -- The American Physical Society (APS) named Robert J. Soulen Jr. of the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory as the 2002 winner of the Joseph F. Keithley Award.
