U.S. Bankruptcy Court Approves Quad - Mirae Settlement Agreement

"This settlement allows us to resume our sales and marketing efforts in the US, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America and Europe and the Middle East," said Dae-Hoon "Harry" Chang, Mirae Corporation president and CEO. "The Americas and Europe represent over 40 percent of the SMT assembly equipment market and we have been unable to engage in sales activities in these critical areas because of court restraining orders. We intend to use our existing subsidiary Mirae America, Inc. to manage our sales efforts in the Americas and we are working on plans for the European market."
