MINNEAPOLIS - The Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA) has announced that the Web site for the SMTA International Annual Conference is now "live" at www.smta.org/smtai
(June 29, 2001) PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has approved a settlement and release agreement between Mirae Corporation and Quad Systems Corporation. Under the terms of the agreement Mirae is now allowed to resume all sales and marketing activities for its SMT assembly equipment in the Americas and Europe in exchange for the settlement of debts owed to Mirae by Quad. Specific terms of the agreement were not released.
