LCR Meter

The Z9216 LCR meter measures resistors, inductors and capacitors at a 20X per second rate, with 0.05 percent accuracy. Component Q values and dissipation factors are displayed via front-panel LCD readouts. For remote operation, this instrument is equipped with RS-232, GPIB and Handler Port Interfaces. The unit accepts optional SMD tweezers, BNC fixture adapters and Kelvin clips. The unit stores and recalls nine instrument setups and has five test frequencies from 100 Hz to 100 kHz. Measurement averaging is from 2 to 10. Other features include: open- and short-circuit compensation, accurate zeroing, built-in calibration procedures and binning capabilities.
