Laser-light Guidance Assembly

The Guidemaster is a complete in-line component-placement system designed to integrate into existing manual assembly lines. Equipped with an in-line motorized conveyor and laser-light guidance system, the assembler is said to provide seamless in-line board flow and facilitate accurate manual part insertion. It comes with a PCB positioning and clamp mechanism to secure the board in a repeatable location, a PC configured with Windows NT, an intuitive operator interface, and a foot switch to trigger the board clamp and stop operations.
