December 31, 1969 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
MILFORD, N.H. - Citronics Corp., a New Hampshire-based CM, linked its resources with Sparton Corp. to develop joint business opportunities for Northeastern United States and international markets. With the addition of Citronics as its sixth alliance partner, Sparton is expanding its regional market coverage to 15 facilities throughout North America and Europe.
Citronics is an ISO 9002-certified, full-service CM. Its manufacturing solutions include electromechanical assemblies, PCB assemblies, SMT and through-hole technology. The CM also claims design for manufacturing (DFM), prototyping, in-house servicing of field-returned product, in-circuit testing and fixture fabrication as other areas of expertise.
"By teaming with Sparton, Citronics gains access to added resources to enable the exploration of new business opportunities," said Gerardine Ferlins, president of Citronics Corp. "We can now offer our existing and new customers exceptional flexibility and depth as well as greater design, quick-turn prototyping and production capacity."
David W. Hockenbrocht, president of Sparton Corp., commented, "As Sparton continues to create new opportunities through alliances, we have been impressed by our alliance partners` operations, facilities and business philosophies. The value provided by this alliance is that Citronics embodies a customer-centric management program."
