NEA Finds Success and Closes Deals at SMTAI 2015
October 14, 2015 | NEAEstimated reading time: 1 minute
Northern Electronics Automation (NEA) attended the 2015 SMTA International show in Rosemont, Illinois last month. SMTA International attracted almost 1,700 attendees from more than 750 companies across the country. The turnout was additionally successful as over half of these attendees held high-level positions within their companies.
Shannon Allard Global Sales for NEA remarked, "We had a very strong show with heavy foot traffic both days and we anticipate closing deals on rebuilt Universal Instruments SMT and Thru-hole insertion gear as a direct result of exhibiting there."
NEA found that leads were predominately mid-western customers with a mix of other leading SMT companies in New England. One lead in particular came to NEA's exhibit for all of their peripheral board handling equipment along with their SMT stencil and reflow requirements to accompany their recent purchase of four dedicated LED placement machines. Strong post-sales support continues to be an NEA strength with new and existing customers.
NEA recently acquired the latest gold plus feeders used on UIC's AdVantis and Genesis line of equipment, and can now provide both Green and Gold Precision Pro Feeder used on all Universal placement machines. NEA also carries an extensive list of parts for both feeders and equipment, allowing their shop to rebuild existing lines and expand a shop's SMT capacity for placement requirements.
Contact NEA for recent upgrades and current supportable equipment sales. Call (603) 387-6984 or email Shannon Allard at Shannon@NEA-LLC.Com for more information.
