MC Assembly, a leading mid-tier electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, has been awarded the 2015 Vendor of the Year from Doble Engineering Company.

The companies have enjoyed a supportive and productive relationship for nearly a decade, with MC Assembly, a national leader in contract manufacturing, working to support all aspects of Doble’s product life cycles.

Doble representatives presented the award to MC Assembly CEO George Moore during a recent meeting at MC Assembly’s corporate offices in Florida.

"I'm delighted to say Doble has become one of our top customers, based on any metric a manufacturing plant could use to measure its customer base," said Moore, who pointed to the two companies' cell team partnership as the catalyst for the award. "We're honored to have Doble in our portfolio and will continue to earn their trust and business in the future."

Neil Gillen, director of Global Operations at Doble Engineering Company, said, "MC Assembly is a valued Doble vendor that plays a key role in our global supply chain. Through the close collaboration and the dedication of the Doble and MC Assembly teams, we produce world-class solutions serving the needs of the electric power industry. Doble is proud to present its Vendor of the Year award to MC Assembly."

While there may be new techniques and strategies, technologies, equipment, tools, and materials to employ and utilize, there is always one thing that will ensure the manufacturing/ assembly success of your product: communication.
