ASC International Receives High Customer Satisfaction Scores

ASC International recently completed a study contracted with an independent third-party satisfaction firm to conduct a survey regarding the company’s overall customer satisfaction rate.

“The intent of the survey is to gauge the level of satisfaction our customers have found with our entire product base globally,” National Business Manager Steve Arneson stated. "The customers’ honest feedback helps to create a sounding board for future products, service and support enhancements.”

The survey results are as follows:

  • Product/service delivery times: 90%
  • Product ease of use: 100%
  • Manufacturing quality: 95%
  • Responsiveness to requests: 95%
  • Alternative product comparisons: 90%
  • Value vs. price comparisons: 95%
  • Combined Average Score: 94.2% (422 Customer Submissions)
