Rocket EMS Launches Voyager Software

Rocket EMS Inc. has launched its newest software program, Voyager, which is designed to control requirements, documentation and material, process parameters and guidelines, track all data, quality and WIP, and alert when control, process or tracking deviates or a goal is achieved.
As part of the control aspect, the software includes the following:
- ESD
- Solder Paste
- Production Schedule
As part of the Process element, Voyager manages:
- Customer Requirement
- Build Readiness
- ECO/Deviation
As part of the Track aspect, Voyager keeps track of the following:
- First Article Report
- Technical Inquiries
- RMA/Rework
As part of the Alert element, the software program controls:
- Quality
- ECO/Deviation
- Shipment
