KYZEN Awarded for New Advanced Cleaning Agent for Organic Acid Fluxes
April 26, 2021 | KYZEN'Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries, announced that it was awarded a 2021 SMT China Vision Award in the category of Cleaning Materials for its AQUANOX® A4382. The award was presented to the company during a ceremony that took place on April 21, 2021 at NEPCON China in Shenzhen.
“Improving the value we deliver to our global customers is the goal of every product development effort, and AQUANOX® A4382 sets a new bar with improved performance, particularly on water-soluble soils and cleaning under highly dense surface mount components,” said Daniel Gao, China Regional Manager of KYZEN.
The all new AQUANOX® A4382 advanced cleaning agent is targeted at organic acid fluxes. This chemistry most effectively cleans residues at lower concentrations. While De-Ionized water is not enough to provide sufficient, consistent cleaning, A4382 completely removes all water-soluble residues and other possible manufacturing contaminates. AQUANOX A4382 especially cleans underneath low standoff or flush mount components.
SMT China magazine launched the SMT China Vision Awards in 2007 to recognize both international and domestic providers of SMT equipment, materials, software, and services that have made outstanding contributions to the rapid growth of China's electronics manufacturing industry by their inventions and innovations.
