Enics Estonia Recognized with German Economy Award

Enics Estonia has become the winner of German Economy award 2016 competition "Employees – the key to success" organized by the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Enics stood out with its versatile education and in-service training conception of its employees.
"We were impressed by Enics' comprehensive concept that consists of several different elements including employees’ training, the natural environment and new generation education," stated Peer Helge Salström-Leyh, the member of the jury and Estonian regional president of German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, when handing over the award.
Jaanus Aal, site manager of Enics Estonia, said: “Continuously investing in our employees’ education is our priority. That is why we have developed unique and diverse training programs to create a motivating and supportive working environment. In turn, this enables us to offer high-quality services to our global customers. Together we create value add for all involved partners and the whole society.” He added: “We are honored to receive the present award from German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. It is a high recognition showing that we are clearly on the right path.”
With this year’s competition’s motto “Employees – the key to success”, the Chamber of Commerce recognized exemplary Estonian companies that train and promote its current and future employees with innovative concepts. The jury consisted of representatives from business and politics from Germany and Estonia. Enics Estonia was chosen as the winner amongst six finalists. The award, worth 5,000 euros, was presented during the ceremony held in Tallinn by the German Ambassador in Estonia and patron of the event Christoph Eichhorn.
