We are seeking an Industrial Janitor for the 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-Midnight. There is occasional overtime on weekends. The position may require training on the first shift.

This job is direct hire. The hourly wage is $21.00 per hour. Overtime is paid at time and half after working more than 40 hours in a work week. After working two full calendar months, our employees are eligible for a full benefits package including paid time off, vacation, medical (Kaiser), 401K, etc.

Experience required:

Responsibilities include:
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, stretch, squat, crawl, use hands to move, reach, carry and lift and heavy objects such as furniture, cabinets and equipment.
• Ability to work in small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours, and wet or uneven surfaces.
• Lifts and carries cleaning equipment, cleaning trays and cases of supplies to service the area.
• Clean and sanitize common surfaces including doors, door frames, around light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
• Clean, sanitize, polish and maintain employee offices, closets and breakrooms including refrigerator, microwave and cabinets.
• Clean, sanitize and supply restrooms including fixtures, toilets, urinals and sinks.
• Maintain the cleaning standards for the manufacturing plant including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming cleaning and polishing around machinery.
• Maintain the clean room standards in the manufacturing plant.
• Dusts walls, wood work, light fixtures, ceiling and ventilation louvers.
• Dust all picture frames, charts, graphs, and similar wall hangings.
• Prepares cleaning solutions to include mixing water and detergents in containers in a safe manner and in accordance to chemical specifications.
• Clean floors by sweeping, moping, shampooing, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• May perform hard-surface floor scrubbing, stripping and refinishing, as well as carpet spotting and extraction, which require the use of mechanical equipment.
• May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, blinds, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
• Change lightbulbs, empty trashcans, dust walls, wood work, vents, light fixtures and ceiling.
• Empty and clean wipe trashcans and exterior ash trays. Remove and dispose of trash to designated areas.
• Checks inventory to ensure there is an adequate supply of items needed to clean area.
• Prepares requisitions for cleaning supplies and equipment needed for cleaning.
• Uses power tools/equipment to clean facility.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

The Drill & Routing Technician will operate four Hitachi drills simultaneously to drill medium to high tolerance holes in panels. On going training is provided to independently perform complex and standard machine setups involving loading Numeric Control (NC) coded instruction, aligning the pinning of the panels, visually and mechanically inspect the panels and make required adjustments.

The job schedules are either first shift: Monday-Friday, 7:15am-3:45pm or second shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-Midnight. There will be occasional mandatory overtime before/after the job shift and Saturday. This job is direct hire and training is provided.

The employee earns a full benefits package including paid time off (PTO), Anthem medical, dental, vision and 401K.

Responsibilities
• Operate all equipment necessary to perform job tasks
• Observe production control scheduling
• Make set-up decisions, run first piece and drill panels to written specifications
• Perform all the necessary tasks to keep multiple machines at or near capacity
• Identify, obtain and load drill bits for each production run
• Operate the NC Router to trim raw panels and score
• Test, clean, lubricate and replace Collets and Spindles
• Perform manual and NC countersinking
• Operate the Scoring machine
• Perform controlled depth milling on flexible circuit boards
• Perform secondary and controlled depth drilling
• Proficient use of the Cartesian Coordinates of three dimension
• Use the American and Metric standards of measurement
• Obtain unit of measure using calipers and micrometers to thousands of an inch
• Read and interpret blueprint dimensions
• Evaluate and discontinue processing of non-conforming product
• Inspect completed work for acceptance or failure to comply with expected results
• Alert supervisor when products lack conformity to customer specifications
• Maintain router and bit inventory
• Routine equipment cleaning and maintenance

We are seeking an Environmental Technician experienced in the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment and environmental management system. This position is responsible for operation and general maintenance of the wastewater treatment and disposal liquid/solid waste. Work involves operating, inspecting, and maintaining plant and systems equipment; making required chemical tests and analysis; and monitoring control and alarm equipment.

The job schedule is Monday-Friday with a flexible start time for the second or third shift beginning at 3pm or later. There will be occasional overtime before/after the job shift and weekends. This job is direct hire.

Responsibilities
• Use laboratory test equipment and procedures for collecting and testing wastewater samples
• Must follow protocol for wastewater treatment operating procedures, processes and checklists
• Log analytical results into electronic spreadsheets
• Notify supervisors, managers or the engineering department of any process variations/trends that need attention
• Spectrophotometer and ORP/PH Meter.
• Handling of 55-gallon chemical drums
• Log analytical results into electronic spreadsheets.
• Complete reports as directed.
Requirements
• Industrial Waste Water certified or the ability to successfully complete 27-hour course to become certified
• Organized, able to prioritize work and multi-task
• Ability to work independent of supervision
• Ability to use sound judgement, solve problems and consult team members
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor, co-workers and to work cross functionally with other departments
• Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, orally and in writing
• Forklift experience is a plus

Preferred Requirements
• Knowledge of industrial wastewater treatment processes, operation of plant and wastewater systems, electroplating manufacturing process waste stream experience
• Knowledge of federal, state and local wastewater treatment laws, regulations, procedures and protocol
• Knowledge of electroplating, printed circuit board environment and analytical techniques
• Knowledge of electrical motors, hydraulic equipment and assessment of faulty mechanical equipment
