Data Requirements:

Manufacturing Requirements

  • Gerber data all layers, and drill files in .zip file, as well as searchable .pdf form
  • BOM in Excel form .xlsx preferred
  • 3D CAD, dxf and/or IDF formats preferred Assembly Drawing, in .pdf form
  • Schematics in searchable .pdf form

Test Requirements (as applicable)

  • GenCAD (if this cannot be provided then ODB++)
  • IPC356 netlist
