Catalyst Enhances Service Offerings; Acquires RAMP Industries

Catalyst Manufacturing Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of certain assets of RAMP Industries, a long time New York-based EMS provider. The combining of these companies provides strong expertise in the manufacture of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies as well as complex wire harness assembly.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
RAMP Industries has historically provided a wide range of electronic assemblies, system integration and wire harness assemblies to military and industrial customers. "With over thirty years of experience in this business, we are now proud to fold our business in with a company of the stature and depth of Catalyst Manufacturing Services," stated Michael Pandich, President of RAMP.
"Catalyst continues to develop itself as a world class contract manufacturing company, and we are fortunate to have this opportunity to add RAMP Industries to the Catalyst team," stated James Matthews, CEO of Catalyst.
