SMTR Adds Legacy Services

WAKE FOREST, N.C. SMT Resource Group LLC (SMTR) introduced a service program to support legacy SMT equipment and lines, typically 5 to 10 years old. The service includes line moves, in-factory training, and emergency and preventative maintenance.
SMTR's service and spare parts program is run by cross-trained engineers, and is available for users of legacy OEM systems, including Universal, DEK, BTU, MPM, and others. The company supports individual machines, full lines, and mixed-brand SMT assembly lines. Services range from professional decommissioning to packing and transport, setup and verification, training, and maintenance.
