EDINA, Minn. — The SMTA and Auburn University have teamed to offer the third-annual Harsh Environment Electronics Workshop, July 19–20, 2006, in Indianapolis, Ind. John Evans, Ph.D., conference chairman; and Ken Gilleo, Ph.D., SMTA vice president for technical programs, invite industry experts to submit abstracts providing information on the latest developments within the harsh environment electronics market. Harsh environment electronics include automotive applications, as well as those for the space, military, and avionics markets. The deadline for abstract submission is March 22, 2006.
