RSVI Appoints New President

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. — RVSI Inspection LLC has recently appointed Kevin Maddy as its new president, where he will be responsible for managing products and applications sales that meet and exceed the demands of the global industry, while cultivating customer relationships. With his 25 years of manufacturing experience, he spent the past 14 years as a general management executive with P&L responsibility, specializing in turnaround management, organizational reengineering, and implanting lean manufacturing practices.
Maddy has held positions with Ford Motor Co., Unisys, United Technologies, Howmet and SPX Corp., and also was an active contributor in the turnaround and restructuring of Pratt and Whitney. During the past eight years, he has focused on managing the turnaround of independent manufacturing facilities with sales under $200M. He also has experience in implementing such manufacturing techniques as lean manufacturing, value-stream mapping, supply chain management and flow production in both union and non-union work environments. His background targets strengthening customer relationships and leveraging the supply chain to include developing manufacturing joint ventures.
