PHOENIX — Finetech GmbH and Co. KG has launched a new Chinese version of its Website, located at www.rework.cn. The Website aims to serve as resource of updated information on Finetech's rework technologies and products, and the site is available in both Chinese and English.
Site features include information about Finetech's products and a list of suitable applications, such as lead-free rework or the Green Repair, small passives rework, standard rework for BGA components, professional rework concepts, a basic study on the use of lead-free solder materials in the rework process and opto bonding information. Finetech's profile, updated company news and tradeshow schedule are also available on the homepage.
