Quadrature Hybrid Coupler Available

PORTSMOUTH, R.I. — The IMD 2297 Quadrature 3-dB hybrid coupler from IMS is suitable for RF/microwave and telecom applications. Compact, low-profile and surface-mountable, this thick-film product on an aluminum nitride substrate operates at 6 GHz with a bandwidth of 10%.
Typical VSWR in a matched 50-Ω alumina system reportedly is 1.25:1 or better, with an input isolation of 18 dB or better. Insertion loss is .6 dB, phase split is ±3° and amplitude split is ±.5 dB. Part dimensions are .322 x .322", with .025 thickness. Other sizes and thicknesses are available. Terminal spacing is .205". Input power is up to 20 W, depending on base-plate temperature.
