Right-angle Miniature Pushbutton

A low-cost right-angle miniature pushbutton switch for PCB mount is available from ITW Switches. The Series 100 Right-angle Pushbutton features momentary or self-lock action, single or double pole, PCB terminals and silver contacts. The switch also is offered in several keycap styles and colors, including brushed metallic and chrome. The 100 Series pushbutton can handle under 1 A, and features non-shorting contacts, low operating force and low initial contact resistance up to 800 mA at 30 VDC. Full travel is 3.5 mm and travel lock is 2.5 mm. Deemed the "low-carb" switch, ITW's pushbutton is suitable for high-volume electrical applications such as toys, consumer electronics, telecom/datacom, test and measurement, audio and medical applications.
