St. Louis — Watlow has appointed Mike Ostaffe as sensors product manager.
Ostaffe will report directly to Mark Lehmann, general manager of Watlow's Richmond, Ill. facility.
Prior to joining Watlow, Ostaffe was a manager at A.T. Kearney, a top tier global operations and strategy consulting firm. In this position, he led client and consulting teams to assist companies in reducing costs, growing revenues and solving complex business challenges. Ostaffe also previously worked as a process control engineer, a specification sales engineer and an OEM sales manager at GE Ballast. He then moved on to Advance Transformer Co., a division of Phillips Electronics, where he gained marketing experience, growing six brand categories from $25 to $125 million in six years.
