ITT Industries, Cannon Names Bruce Mendoza Director of Human Resources for Key Connector Sites

Santa Ana, Calif. — ITT Industries, Cannon has appointed Bruce R. Mendoza as director of human resources for its connector operations here and in Nogales, Mexico.
Mendoza will report directly to Mike Kuchenbrod, a Cannon vice president & general manager, and on a dotted line basis to Christophe Mulin, director of human resources operations & staffing. Mendoza's responsibilities will include organizational development, recruitment, leadership development, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, employee communications and key human capital programs.
Mendoza has held positions of increasing responsibility during his extensive career in human resources. Most recently he served as director of human resources for the VeriFone division of Hewlett-Packard. He will be located at Cannon's Santa Ana facility.
