Elcoteq Acquires NPI Services Company NPRC

Helsinki, Finland and Dallas -- Elcoteq Network Corp. has acquired NPRC Inc.
NPRC, newly named Elcoteq, NPI Dallas, is known for its customer focus and high-quality NPI services for communications technology manufacturers. Acquisition of NPRC initiates in the Americas the implementation of Elcoteq's strategy of locating NPI services close to customers. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction price.
Elcoteq, NPI Dallas will retain NPRC's 14 employees and its facilities in Carrollton, Texas. Gary Tanel, president and founder of NPRC Inc., will continue as the head of the new entity. NPRC's customer list includes several established Dallas-based communications technology companies.
