JNJ's Service Manager Temporarily Finds New Role in Operating Enduring Freedom

Franklin, Mass. -- JNJ Industries' Service Manager Tim McFadden has joined the War on Terror as part of the U.S. Army's Special Forces, serving in Afghanistan and neighboring theaters of conflict as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Activated recently from the U.S. Army Reserve, McFadden has been hot on the trail of enemy operatives, putting his skills and training to work in defense of freedom.McFadden, who has been away for about six months now serving as part of the Anti-Terrorism Strike Force, occasionally sends back photos and correspondence to his colleagues at JNJ as well as to his family, including his wife Rita and son Alex. He even sent back one of his mission medallions for Operation Enduring Freedom, which has been proudly put on display in JNJ Industries' showroom.As JNJ's service manager, McFadden is responsible for providing technical support for JNJ's line of ultrasonic batch cleaning machines, universal tooling plates and related products. His responsibilities include coordinating installations, after-sale support and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation, including manuals, spare parts information, price lists and such.
McFadden grew up in Kentucky. Prior to joining JNJ, he spent 15 years in the U.S. Army, stationed for many years in Germany. He also fought in Operation Desert Storm.
