Ericsson Network Technologies Appointed Authorized Service Center in North America for 3SAE

Stockholm, Sweden and Nashville, Tenn. -- Ericsson Network Technologies, AB has appointed 3SAE Technologies Inc. as the exclusive Authorized Service Center in North America.
Since the closing of its former North American distributor, Amherst FiberOptics in December 2002, Ericsson has pursued a new resource for customers in the US, Canada and Mexico. Ericsson Network Technologies is the world's leading manufacturer of fiber optic fusion splicers for optical manufacturing. They provide high strength factory splicing kits, outside plant field splicers and other fiber optic recoaters and other fiber optic accessories.
3SAE will now provide Ericsson certified service, support, training, fiber splice optimization, spare parts and accessories for Ericsson's complete product line in the US, Canada and Mexico. 3SAE is the leading manufacturer of automated high strength fiber preparation solutions including the AutoPrep which automates the strip, clean and cleave process and the AutoStrip, the world's first commercially available non-mechanical, non-chemical window stripper.
