Macotron Supports Reference Design Assembly
December 30, 2002 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
Fremont, Calif. -- Macotron has successfully completed a reference design for a Silicon Valley semiconductor company.
The challenge was to place SMT components on a postage stamp-sized board. The solution was to densely panelize the board so the assembly process would be accomplished efficiently and with high quality. Technologies implemented include board fabrication service, panelization design, very small board assembly, panelization routing for smooth edges, SMT, through-hole and wire stripping.
Macotron is a leader in engineering, test and verification services. For more information, visit www.macotronsystems.com.
