IPC Studies Executive Compensation Packages of PCB and EMS Companies for Its Members

IPC formulated the questionnaire to provide its members with a guideline for executive compensation and benefits packages in the industry.Only IPC members who complete and return the survey by October 10, 2002, will receive the survey results. A 250-page report will be distributed in January 2003 and will include 2001-2002 information on total compensation for each job function. The data will be categorized according to participants, type of company, size of company and region. The report will also include detailed information on the executive benefit plans of various companies.
