Duraswitch Technologies Continues to Penetrate European Market

It is producing control panels using Duraswitch's patented PushGate pushbutton technology for an industrial equipment control panel, and its electronic rotary dial, the thiNcoder, for a medical application. Tastitalia introduced Duraswitch's thiNcoder RT to a medical OEM for use in a laser for medical and beauty procedures. Tastitalia reportedly demonstrated how the thiNcoder technology enabled them to create a completely sealed control panel and still maintain a simple, low-cost customer interface. While Duraswitch's portfolio of switch solutions enables integration with Duraswitch's PushGate, MagnaMouse and thiNcoder on a single panel, these switches can also be integrated with various technologies including electromechanical switches. This particular panel has a thiNcoder integrated with a touch screen and membrane/dome switches.
Paris and Helsinki, Finland -- Wavecom has awarded Elcoteq Network Corp. a deal to manufacture the company's WISMO Quik Q2400 wireless modules at Elcoteq's plant in Beijing, China.
