IPC President Visits Capitol Hill on Behalf of Small Business

The hearing took place June 13, 2002. In addition to McGuirk, included the following witnesses: Kim T. Nelson, assistant administrator for Environmental Information, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA); James Mallory, executive director, National Non-Ferrous Founders' Society; Nancy Klinefelter, president, Baltimore Glassware Decorators, Representing Society of Glass and Ceramic Decorators; and Hugh Morrow, president, North American Office, International Cadmium Association. The subcommittee consisted of Committee Chairman and Congressman Mike Pence (R-IN) and Ranking Member Robert Brady (D-PA).
