June 1, 2001 - Kester Solder Division of Litton Industries has been acquired by Northrop Grumman Corporation as part of Northrop's purchase of 100 percent of Litton's common stock on May 30, 2001. Litton shareholders as of the time of the purchase will receive $80 in cash for each common share.
