Dispense Valve
December 31, 1969 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
DJ-2200 DispenseJet valve for flux applications is a non-contact dispense valve reportedly designed to offer a high-performance alternative to traditional methods such as dipping, screen printing and ultrasonic spray. Designed for use with the company`s Century Series automated dispensing platforms, the valve reportedly can apply flux for a range of assembly operations, including flip chip, CSP, BGA, MCM and ball attach. The product`s non-contact jet dispensing is said to eliminate the need for Z-axis motion during the dispense cycle. This allows flux dispensing at high speeds, accommodating changes in part styles or substrates without tooling changes.
