September 2, 2016 | Count On Tools Inc.Estimated reading time: 2 minutes
Count On Tools, Inc. (COT) today announced that it has extended the special introductory pricing on all MYDATA Feeder Repair Kits through the remainder of the year. The special pricing began in May and will be effective through December 31, 2016.
Each MYDATA Feeder Repair Kit includes a precision machined aluminum side cover plate with cover tape plow pre-installed, a new spring and matching screws for reassembly. This is the only repair option for these feeders on the market and provides significant cost savings in comparison to purchasing replacement feeders. With each broken feeder, customers are throwing away money. Thanks to the introduction of the new Feeder Repair Kits, customers can expect much higher durability combined with significant cost savings and reduced waste.
The new MYDATA Feeder Repair Kits can be installed by the customer, eliminating the need for worn/damaged feeders to be sent in to Count On Tools for repair. This new system also allows users to repair feeders with broken finger tabs. The robust all aluminum construction of the new feeder side cover plate means greater strength and more durability. All components are precision machined replacements for the original parts using high quality materials and industry leading coatings. Count On Tools guarantees the functionality of the parts included in the repair kits in the equipment and the ability to extend the lifecycle of worn or damaged feeders.
The MYDATA Feeder Repair Kits are available for the 3.7, 4.0, 4.7, and 5.4 Agilis feeders. To take advantage of this service, customers will need to supply Count On Tools with Feeder ID codes. Count On Tools will then label each feeder with a matching barcode sticker to ensure full functionality with the MYDATA software and equipment.
